We will not disclose specific account information or other personal information except as permitted by law. We may exchange information with credit reporting agents to maximise the accuracy and security of your information.

Therefore, we will share your information only if:

  2. We are required to do so by law
  3. It involves information about your credit history with your consent
  4. The disclosure is necessary to protect the interest of the Bank
  5. The disclosure is necessary to protect the interest of the public
